I don't think this is the Tea Party's last stand, nor is it Big Labor's last either. I just think this is going to be one of those big battles that will set the course for the fight going forward. Whichever side loses is going to suffer a huge blow. Not a knockout punch, but a staggering blow most definitely.

Does the Tea Party really have staying power? They were initially based on a level of activism and outrage that seems hard to maintain long-term. I don't hear nearly as much about them as we did in 2010.

The Tea Party was nothing but a rebranding effort after the Bush Administration and radical conservatives tarnished the "brand". Conservatives haven't changed their stripes, they just keep changing the shade of lipstick on that "pig", they call an ideology, under the mistaken assumption they're fooling anyone.

In which case it becomes, for the rest of us, a matter of "Let's you and him fight."

So I guess we're not counting victories for the 4 of 6 GOP Senators that won their re-call elections and the GOP win for the Wisconsin Supreme Court which ruled Walker's bill Consitutional. Face it, if the people were really on your side Prosser would have lost and so would every GOP Senator in their re-call elections.
