If Vermont rewrites their statute to ban the selling/reproduction/dissemination of any and all medical/pharmaceutical-use data by anyone for profit, then it will not violate the First Amendment. Because they restricted it to a few speakers (pharmaceutical companies), it is unconstitutional. Vermont can easily fix this.
