Here's hoping this creep gets his fair share of raping in the can..
Closed AccountFeb 4, 2012
f that...i hope they cut his nuts off.
jaketyson85Feb 5, 2012
o, the inmates are gonna give him a good welcome. trust me on this one. homeboys dont take kindly to rapists and kid touchers in jail. this dudes farts are never gonna be audible again after he is sentenced.
D1gst1llsuxFeb 5, 2012
next to child molesters, cops don't fair much better in prison, so I've heard.
moonriderFeb 5, 2012
And there are a lot more cops who SHOULD be incarcerated, for murder, for faking evidence, for assault, for puppycide, for violating the unalienable rights of the people they stop/shoot/attack/raid etc., etc., etc.!
jonahsullivanFeb 4, 2012
well, sentencing isn't until april. i can't speak for this particular court, but a number of courts have recently been extremely lenient on police misconduct. let us hope above all that the justice system's instincts for self-protection don't end up allowing this animal to skate by with probation and counseling or some-such nonsense.
if he does land in the joint as a cop AND a rapist, he'll most likely live as a sheltered recluse under the aegis of administrative protective custody. i have a hard time wishing rape or other forms of brutalization on anyone, but i do find a part of myself hoping that he would somehow end up in general population.
norman619Feb 4, 2012
Have these courts have cases where the officer(s) raped the person they were supposed to help?
jonahsullivanFeb 4, 2012
none that i'm aware of, as such, but the guiding principle seems to be that courts are afraid to approach criminal cases that could open the floodgates for civil suits for official misconduct. they want police to feel comfortable in exercising their duties without fear of embarrassment by lawsuits. it's not that the courts don't want to stand up for the victims of police brutality, it's that they're spineless and afraid of setting a legal precedent which would later be interpreted in ways which would make life difficult for law enforcement.
partrowFeb 4, 2012
That is just another way of saying that the courts and the police departments are in bed together. They do each other favors, and watch out for each other. What percentage of cop search warrants are turned down by judges, and how many are signed without even scrutinizing them?
A similar relationship can be found between police and media. The media are allowed notification and closer access to emergency and crime scenes, and the media in turn always portrays the cops in a positive light and also gladly runs their search bulletins.
jonahsullivanFeb 4, 2012
one hand washes the other.
johnnysoftwareFeb 5, 2012
Hell, yes! Violating a person's human rights under color of authority.
cryinlionFeb 4, 2012
a cop who raped a teenager? yeah he's gonna be snake fodder
ericgyoungFeb 4, 2012
Thank you so much for posting this, and to the Daily Beast for reporting on this story. While I was shocked and outraged, as an attorney who has handled a number of civil rights cases involving police misconduct, excessive force, etc., the scenario of the 911 caller becoming the victim at the officer's hands is familiar. Victims are re-victimized again and again by the arrests on trumped up charges like "resisting," "assaulting the PO," and so on. This victimization continues when the department, prosecutors and victim's advocates fail to recognize what has happened, or worse, do recognize it and lie to cover it up. Frankly, I was elated that this story had, what I hope was, a healing resolution for this young woman and her family. Look how many times this one officer apparently caused trauma and grievous harm to other women - and yet no remedy was forthcoming at the time.
sbuckley00Feb 4, 2012
You are not an attorney. If you were you would have said allegedly instead of apparently.
lol.. OK I kid I kid
norman619Feb 4, 2012
The penalty should be insanely severe for people who so abhorrently violate the public trust. Especially those who are in law enforcement.
themeditronFeb 4, 2012
That cop is human refuse.
nerysFeb 4, 2012
your far to kind to refer to him as anything "human"
publikjohn9Feb 4, 2012
This applies to most cops.
faceeaterFeb 4, 2012
he sodomized her THEN raped her? That's what the article says...so it's not rape if it's sodomy? WTF?
igorunchainedFeb 5, 2012
Exactly...I didnt get that part either.
FTA -
The cop she had summoned to protect her instead chose this moment to grab the back of her head by her hair and sodomize her. Then he raped her.
I guess it could mean that in one moment he decided to grab her and rape her....and then he did rape her. Not very well written either way.
D1gst1llsuxFeb 5, 2012
No, It means he anal raped her and then he raped her vaginally.
spongya77Feb 4, 2012
Anyone saying that in a country where the police is actively shielded from persecution is NOT a police state is an idiot. It's not black and white -fortunately there were a few willing people going against the system. But the system itself is corrupt and broken.
mandrakelordFeb 5, 2012
Look at the culture of scum in law enforcement in America.
Are their any heroes left in law enforcement :( Where are you? The world needs you to fight against the New World Order.
Not fight the people....
partrowFeb 4, 2012
"To serve and protect".
If you believe that, you are very gullible.
assassyn360Feb 5, 2012
Serve themselves, and protect fellow cops.
nitoriFeb 4, 2012
This cop deserves to be raped with a RPG-7.
midnightsnackFeb 4, 2012
Did her Boyfriend ever come back?
markalibbyjrFeb 4, 2012
sick discusting disgraceful
publikjohn9Feb 4, 2012
This cop deserves to have his eyeballs carved out of his skull and fed to him for his last meal.
Then
He should be dropped into a cage full of starving c**kroaches.
Unfortunately, the US justice system rarely hands out justice.
lemonrindFeb 4, 2012
You have issues.
publikjohn9Feb 4, 2012
Relax okay, I'm here for the lulz. This cop is a f**king dick! Really! I've never used any authority to forcibly sodomize and rape anyone. In fact when you come right down to it, I mind my own business, I pay my f**king taxes, not because I want to, but because I know I will be shot at and put in a cage if I don't voluntarily pay up. In real life I'm pretty non judgemental. I don't go out of my way to judge people for their sexual preferences like the christans do, and I give everyone a fair chance regardless of race.
On digg however it's a different story, I enjoy rattling your cage!
azharnadeemFeb 5, 2012
tragic incident. This may shake womens confidence over emergency service
bwiiiFeb 5, 2012
In the presence of police officers and in airports, you have ZERO constitutional rights. None, nada, nil.
The best course of action is absolute avoidance at all costs.
If you must interact with an 'enforcer', you will be most safe if you submit, comply immediately with all orders, stay silent as possible, and smile all the time, no matter how fake it may be.
We have made this bed, and we keep adding more pillows and fluffing it up for our eventual sleep in it. We deserve the 'law enforcement' and 'security' we have empowered.
U_logic_error_broMar 11, 2012
you cant even trust the police anymore they shoot each other, rape citizens make up charges against people just because they can.
Seraph1420Mar 10, 2012
what's happening to the world all around? have everyone forgotten "humanity"?
ferretmanFeb 5, 2012
Oh, this guy needs *special* attention in jail.
psychedelic7Feb 5, 2012
What happened to that woman was unspeakable and enraging!!! That pig that raped her should have his junk ripped off and fed to him with a rusty jagged weapon! I hope he gets raped in prison. This is exactly why a lot of people hate the police. The corrupt cops that abuse their power.
cantstopwontstopFeb 5, 2012
even the black cops are criminals more often than others. wake up and realize the atrocities the black race commits as a whole, which has been *globally* shown to happen at higher rates than any other race over the last century up til today. even in countries with very small black populations, their crime rates are far higher than their population ratio. yet for the sake of not appearing racist people just brush such things aside. but the truth is, it's black people that are racist, more racist than a hillbilly with 2 teeth. and by protecting them we protect their racism and the perpetrating of it. we exempt them from consequences and the burdens of their racism, all so we don't appear racist, which does nothing but allow black racism to thrive and inflict itself on others.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

The only thing that keeps me from believing you wrote that is that you seem incapable of using your shift key and writing English the way they tried to teach you to do in first grade.
Evidently, a lot of other things taught after that fell off too.
cantstopwontstopFeb 5, 2012
horrible attempt at an insult. surely capitalization doesn't change the context of the information in any way. your motto must be if at first you can't effectively argue a point, grammar nazi it. typical response of a person who doesn't have any way to refute something.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
breadfredFeb 5, 2012
You just insulted the whole black populous of the world. You did not supply any evidence for your ridiculous claims, yet you expect an annotated reply?
I certainly hope you parents did not pay for your education, in fact, I hope you have not had ANY education even state funded - because all of your education has obviously failed to get into your stupid head that the color of a person does NOT have an effect on their behavior; criminal or otherwise.
cantstopwontstopFeb 5, 2012
races are more different than skin color, to believe otherwise is foolish. something as silly as skin color has no bearing on behavior. it just so happens that people who share the same skin color.....also share other traits that are expressed with higher frequency than other races.
if the truth pointed otherwise, I'd follow that. I wish it did. sadly, it doesn't.
you cannot insult people with the truth, especially when that truth is a truth they've made for themselves. that's like saying you're insulting a rapist by calling them what they are.
breadfredFeb 5, 2012
Thanks for proving my point. ' it just so happens that people who share the same skin color.....also share other traits that are expressed with higher frequency than other races.'
In other words, you judge people by their skin color. That is racism.
cantstopwontstopFeb 5, 2012
no, I judge people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. it just so happens that people who share a color of skin also share specific contents of character. you're trying to make an argument based on twisting my words entirely, which will get you nowhere because it's plain to see.
ieatskunkFeb 5, 2012
/facepalm
kaegroFeb 5, 2012
I haven't seen such blatant racism in a long time here on the threads, good job being a racist f**k.
I took a look at your profile and I could not stop laughing at your "about". Can you be more ignorant?
