OK Janet, explain this one. Who owns 11,000 shares in the company that provides the scanners? I hope it is not a name that keeps popping up with this administration. Someone like George Soros. Pretty soon we need to have an independent AG investigate commonly occurring ties to many, many initatives of the socialist/communist movement.
This is an example of an out of control government staffed by people who are drones to a policy that makes no sense. Perhaps they are trying to damage the economy or set themselves up to pull back on the screenings once enough people gripe and then when some terrorist event happens, they will have the excuse to clamp down on personal freedom even more? You have to wonder what is causing them to act this crazy.
Why aren't they screening all the cargo that passenger planes carry? Now THAT is a threat.

For the past 8 years pilots have been pointing out how pointless it is to waste resources examining those who are already in control of the planes - it took the threat of a boycott from a major pilot organization for TSA to be dragged kicking and screaming towards just a bit of common sense. Who in their right mind can possibly believe they are "open" to anything the public has to say?
