He's also the asshat who is holding Ron Paul's and Barney Frank's bill to end the federal ban on marijuana up in committee, pretty much saying it'll never see the light of day again. That's another issue for which he needs to be taken to task. Go to it people!

Congressman Smith is abusing his power. His so-called Stop Online Piracy Act will destroy America as we know it. He cares not for our country; he cares only for himself, the corporations, and the lobbyists. He deserves to be voted off of Congress. He's probably behind the Protect IP Act, too. All the more reason to take this dude down. The people in Washington need to start thinking for themselves, not Smith. Down with him, SOPA, and PIPA!!!
