Sounds catchy, but are you saying that there is any level at which Congress or the WH honor and are guided by constitutional principles? I do not think the Constitution guides our national enterprise, only in the most vague and indeterminate sense. Blood was shed to get it here. Blood may be the price we pay to preserve and redeem it.
