I'm not sure about that - when everything they tried to do failed, they'd blame someone else and go to war. That's how they operate, isn't it? Refuse to see the faults in their own position and instead lay the blame for their failure elsewhere.

If California stopped giving away so much money to the s**t-kicker states to keep their lights on and roads paved, it wouldn't have the money problems it has today.
We should have a five year moratorium on giving hand-outs to to the states who can't cut it on their own. you know, personal responsibility and all that.
