People need to see this for the political hit job that it is. He's being attacked because of leaked emails, written with an expectation of privacy. Reporters have feelings and opinions too. It's telling that everyone is criticizing these private remarks, and NOT the Quality of his REPORTING.

Wrong. Journalists are not supposed to have opinions. They are supposed to be impartial.

As if the liberal Washington Compost is going to hire a real conservative for that job. Of course not. They're liberals. They'll hire only like-minded liberals due to their political agendas. Ever wonder why their circulation is dropping like other liberal newspapers? And don't say everyone's circulation is dropping. Wasn't the Wall Street Journal increasing its circulation?Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

I love how liberals cannot tell the differ between a REPORTER and a COMMENTATOR. O'Reilly isn't a reporter. Coulter isn't a reporter. Stop comparing them to a politcal activist masquerading as an objective observer.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

I am somewhat even sorry for this end product of digestion process. His god showed the ignorant plebes (i.e. regular folks like you and me) the light and they rejected his gospel and are about to fire him and his cronies from the job. Deep inside he must be desperate that all his proselytising is not helping a single bit. And that makes my heart sing.

Ace of Spades:
"Weigel has spent the last few months working as an observer of the conservative movement for the Washington Post, whose readers must wonder about the identity of the vast Tea Party crowds occasionally blocking their view of the IRS building. As it turns out, Weigel really hates the people he’s been covering, and sees himself precisely the way conservatives see most dinosaur-media reporters: as a partisan operative of the Democrat Party. He expressed his hatred, and loyalties, in a series of communications posted to JournoList. These emails became an embarrassing burst of digital flatulence when they were made public. Weigel is out of a job at theWashington Post, and JournoList is gone.
Blogger Ace of Spades wonders why the Post couldn’t find a sympathetic correspondent to cover the “conservative beat,” and answers his own question by pointing out the Post has no interest in publishing material that might lead its readers to begin grooving to that conservative beat. The last thing they want is for their right-wing avatar to come back with a horde of angry natives behind him and lead a successful insurrection."
