Apparently These are 2 Japanese commercials for Fujikyu Highland, an amusement park near Mt Fuji in Japan.It has been on TV in Japan for awhile. Creative yeah..

The writing is clearly Japanese. It's pretty distinct from both plain chinese and korean.
