What an engaging story. This article did a very good job of maintaining neutrality, but I'd like to see two opposing articles angling "puppy saved from abusive woman" with quotes regarding animal rights laws and societal ignorance, and a "government confiscates gift-puppy from child due to shipping mistake and criminally charges giver" with an opposite spin regarding the heavy role of government in personal and civil cases.
I guess I'm more interested in public opinion of this case than the case itselfComment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Not to self: when mailing puppies, make sure they are cryogenically frozen before shipping in an airless box (recipient can thaw out puppy on arrival)
