lol are you serious? The anthropological definition of marriage is a union based purely on economics. It's all about making the sharing of resources official. Love is completely irrelevant to marriage.
And think about it...when two people fall out of love...it's easy..."hey i dun love you no more...yea me too...well c ya never." But when it comes to getting a divorce...it's all about dividing up possessions. Marriage is only about economics. You could fall in love, live with a partner, raise children, etc without the requirement of marriage. The function of marriage is to merge/transfer real estate and money really.
