It's not all that accurate at transcribing ebonics, either. It's clearly a matter of the people who are developing it testing it on themselves. It's fine, though. For free service, I don't mind guessing what every 5th word *should* have been.

I tried to get the feature "disappeared" from my phone. TracFone won't do it.
I turn my ringer off so at least I don't get bothered by the [expletive deleted] and go through once a week to get rid of all the messages without ever listening to them.

Hence why I had Verizon disable my voicemail. Getting a Missed Call notification works just the same as listening to;
