God is the 'invisible sky troll', smiting those who do not help themselves or others.
Lucifer is the one who knows people hate each other and given time, will kill each other in the name of their god. And a little bit of propaganda helps people kill each other quicker.
well can you show me where the bible says god hates the devil then?
and if not... you have the question the logic of not hating the devil, but hating gays.
even if you assume god and the devil are real, then something clearly doesn't add up.
Hates the devil? I'm not sure of that, but Proverbs 6:16-19 shows that God does hate:
"There are six things the LORD hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
a false witness who pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. "
hate seems so unworthy a emotion for a all mighty and perfect being.
although of course that was old testament... the god in those is quit a lot more vengeful then the one in the new testament. and the old testament was largely declared decrepit by Jesus.

It's all imaginary anyways.

I'm pretty sure people really do kill each other sometimes.

Of course another name for the Devil is the "Prince of Lies" given he's always trying to trick and deceive.

Yeah, he managed to convince a bunch of idiots that he was god and that god wanted them to hate people.

That was pretty damn funny... just sayin'. SNL has had some good devil parodies/impersonations before... Jon Lovitz was excellent as well.
