The whole late 70s DIY punk movement in DC......Ian Mackaye and his Dischord label to be a bit more specific. Dugg for the Rollins thumbnail (and the Black Flag mention) especially.

I will always love Radiohead for "In Rainbows" and the fact that when you bought it online you paid what you wanted to! The amount paid just had a question mark next to it. It then said to pay what you wanted. Gotta love what happens when a band gets off of a label and does it for themselves!
Just like FUGAZI who would not play a show for more than $10 a ticket.
