This is what terrorist wants to happen exactly. For every nation to panic and make our lives a living time bomb where every step should be calculated. I know it is part of being vigilant, but how can we live a peaceful life when we are faced with constant terror?

That's what the side effect of terrorist activity can do. Freaking out people and even policeman. It happens allover the world that false conclusion about object which consider as prospect bomb.
