Not quite; you're referring to two different people; Woody Allen was accused of molesting one of his actual adopted daughters, Dylan Farrow, not Soon-Yi Previn (who he never legally adopted, and is now married to).
Woody admitted in 1992 to his wife at the time, Mia Farrow, that he had been carrying a relationship with Soon-Yi, who was 22. Dylan, born in 1985, was 7 at that time. The molestation charges involving Dylan were deemed inconclusive and never amounted to anything.
