Squirrels already know how to purr, it didn't learn anything. Dumb story.
evilmooseSep 12, 2010
Blogspam, buried.
Err... reported?
If it wasn't blogspam then it would just link directly to ICHS.
laughingsquidSep 12, 2010
The only thing that is spam is your comment. So I guess it is ok to Digg a reddit story that links to an Imgur photo with no context, but a post from an independent blog is "blogspam"? You are just making up your own rules that have nothing at all to do with Digg. If you think Digg is so bad now, why not leave?
isewiseSep 13, 2010
I think it is blogspam because its just a blog post with a Youtube video embedded with a sentence of "context", which is completely unnecessary. The digg article should link directly to Youtube, in my opinion.
h3110Sep 13, 2010
The whole laughingsquid website is a blogspam. All copy and pasted from other websites. No unique content.
pyroclastic_vikingSep 13, 2010
By that logic, digg is blog spam and you are supporting digg by using it. It takes sites like laughingsquid, digg, reddit etc. to bring this content to the masses and helping to filter though the nonsense. I find this post to be worth my time and will now move onto the next "evil" site which reposts interesting content...
gidzola31Sep 12, 2010
That is such a cute story. Kittens and squirels are both sooo cute.
spypiratesSep 12, 2010
See last comment during the story- Good lesson for residents of that state to learn.
vskbadcrcSep 12, 2010
Definitely blogspam, but still a great story.
vatd112Sep 13, 2010
I dont understand why blogspam bothers people so much. Clicking on the link and then clicking play on the youtube video, requires the same amount of effort if the digg user would have submitted the youtube video.
Its okay to help our the little guy once in a while
deathray2kSep 13, 2010
Blogspam suck because usually it's a blog with a sentence of context that got it from some article with a page of context. In that case, it's much better to avoid the blogspam!
silentspyderSep 13, 2010
If it were a straight youtube link you could play it here without leaving digg.
easwigarSep 13, 2010
That's amazing. I can't believe the squirrel learned to purr!

do you see that, to the left of your name, it shows your username?
that means you don't have to sign your posts. in fact, every time you do, a squirrel adopted by a cat dies.
t0rmentSep 13, 2010
Aww, a fluff piece about a furry f**king rat. Digg v4 rules.
crunchydeluxeSep 13, 2010
Well I guess this means Digg hasn't changed TOO much...

"This planet is kind of a mixed bag. On one hand, we have car bombs, serial rapists, cannibals, murderers, racists and Barbra Streisand, and on the other we have purring baby squirrels and boxes full of kittens.
Earth is weird."
HAHAHAHA
jsnchmpnSep 13, 2010
LOL!
...I thought women were from Venus... including Streisand
fbtero14Sep 13, 2010
Great story! Just wondering how long the squirrel will stay with the mother cat and kittens.
ahfmakSep 13, 2010
I can has squirrel?!
dollydaydream9Sep 13, 2010
AH!
airwalkeSep 13, 2010
My initial reaction: AWWWWWW
My second thought: The mother may be just luring it into a false sense of security, letting it grow larger and become a good source of food for her growing kittens.
Man, I even bummed myself out with that one...
paraswarmSep 13, 2010
Hopefully, Stockholm syndrome sets in on the kitties and they choose not to slay the fattened squirrel years from now.

The moderators are going to ban you and delete the comment for directly linking to it rather than accepting the blogspam.
