Nah, he's right. Anyone can kill another human being, for various reasons (some people might only kill in self-defense, but they'd still kill). But to f**k the corpse? That's some serious screwball behavior there.
I mean, I guess if I REALLY hated the person I'd killed (like if they'd killed my family or something) I would think about f**king their corpse just for the added humiliation, but then I'd vomit on it instead from the thought.

There's a whole lot of charges here.
But let's get the most salient fact out of the way first.
He's a twenty-something, a twanker who does not even care about the difference between right and wrong, since he has never been taught the difference. He barely lives in the real world, and probably believes that consequences do not exist. He also naively assumes that the cops will buy his bogus claims and get away with his crimes.
If his story is true, here are the preliminary charges.
He moves a corpse, that is an offence.
And then he violates the same corpse. Another offence.
Finally he intended to dump the body in a swamp. Offence number three.
But I wasn't born yesterday, neither were the officers who stopped him. |f anything is true, its that he probably killed the woman and then was going to dump her body.
He's no Dexter, that's for sure.
