Problem is, this isn't science. At the foundation of science, you need to be able to create a null and alternative hypothesis (falsifiability is key), collect data, and then use statistics.
Many areas of psychology are based off of case studies and really amount to pseudo-science. For instance, the use of anatomy correct dolls with child sex abuse victims. Since doctors say children who focus on those areas have been sexually abused. Others say children who ignore those areas were sexually abuse, since genitalia should be a novelty to all children and thus one would expect them to be interested.
Finally, it's a huge mistake to believe such fantasies predict child abuse. For instance, I suspect if you attached that machine to a random sample of men watching a scene from SAW/Hostel/etc, where a hot attractive female gets killed with her top off, you would obsever the same reaction. Why? Because men are visually creatures... and the mere fact that men aren't raping and pillaging the local supermarket suggests that fantasy does not predict reality.
Likewise, depending on what study you look at, about 1/4 to 1/3 of females admit to rape fantasies. Guess how many women actually want to be dehumanize, assaulted, be exposed to STDs, and have trust issues for the rest of their lives? Probably around the same number of black KKK members.

Are these things accurate? I watched a documentary on this sex offender prison in the US where the offenders have no set release date... it's supposedly entirely at the discretion of those that run the facility. (I believe it's privately owned too)
