Another interesting approach to wine packaging. I talked to a professor at a culinary school last week about wine packaging and he said he was totally in favor of all wines going to screw tops. He said he wants to be able to taste the wine as the winery intends for it to be, and screw tops are the best at prevented seepage and oxidation. I know there's still something romantic about uncorking a bottle, but there's nothing worse than spending $$ on a bottle of wine, having it in storage for months or years and you go to drink it and it's bad.
