I think this is kinda cool. I like the Chevy Volt. I won't be buying one soon as my Ford Focus gets decent mileage and isn't even starting to show any kind of powertrain issues and its at 115k miles. But if I could plug my car in and play maybe .50 to a buck a day to charge it while I'm at work, I'd do it. WAY cheaper than gas and it can essentially double the mileage it can go if you can charge at both home and work instead of just home.
