I was surprised by that as well. I was expecting the article to say that random foods we eat contain trace amounts of caffeine. I really doubt the 90% of North Americans drink coffee, soft drinks or eat chocolate daily. I'm probably abnormal but I don't drink coffee or soft drinks and chocolate maybe once or twice a month.

I've eaten a salad and a dinner today. Which was peas, carrots, chicken, etc. And I only drink diluted drinks.
