I think it's pretty amazing, actually. If you look at my work, I've shot a lot for catalogs in the past, and the fact that a "rustic" looking man is in an ad is very risky but studied marketing. It's quite a commentary on the anthropology of shopping. Look at my site, you will totally see what I mean http://www.angelacappetta.com --my work is very "documentary-style" as they say in the industry, but the models in my shoots are still super airbrushed looking.
