I should just suck it up and make useless Apps and hope to strike gold, is there a fee for having apps up on the App store?

The problem is that 1080p (which is a technical term for how crisp the image is. Simply put the higher the number the better and the closer the letter is to z the better) is not technically as clear as real life. You would be doing a huge disservice to the artists, no offense.

Thats one thing that disappoints me about my art medium (3d animation) while photography and drawing and other similar art forms can be done easily using smaller, less complex mediums, we will never see a mobile version of 3ds max that is good enough. Not because the technology to emulate our current software on mobile devices will never exist, but as technology progresses, so will the programs and their requirements. so maybe in twenty years my ipod will have 3ds max 9, but the standard will be 3ds max 2030 which will require a ton more processing power, and using max 9 will just be ineffective.
