I worked at a video game store when "The Guy Game" was new. I told the owners about it having underage nudity in it, and their response was to raise the price from $40 to $100 and they bought up every copy they could find. I took all the copies off the shelf and put them in the back room in protest, but they ended up firing me for that. Nice Christians they were.

I doubt the cops would have known about it -- it was still "unconfirmed" legally speaking, but I would have rather played it safe than sorry.
