Best thing you can do is play games without headsets. Use headsets only when you're playing co-operatively with someone you know.

It's a catch 22 for me it seems like. Some games there are people who I wish would shut up, and then there are others where I am in tears from laughing so hard from them free styling and beat boxing about the game and whats going on during it.

I probably get called the N-word or "fag" 3 - 4 times a night... and I'm mediocre at best in these games. I'd consider that a pretty poor habit for some of these kids

Games need to start putting options for with/without headsets. That way on player matching if you actually want to work as a team it puts you with people who can actually understand you. Then let a bunch of people with no mics be on the same team/game.
