Redbox has had games for months. Thanks to them I saved $58 on the 4 hour suckfest known as homefront.

This is freaking awesome.

About time games get a real rental shot again. I guess Gamefly is okay, but Redbox has such a huge presence right now. I assume they charge more because games obviously cost more than movies. Not sure if they pay high fees for rental rights like video stores used to, though.
This might give consumers much needed leverage over game developers who feel a five hour game for $60 is acceptable because it's such a "cinematic experience."

Redbox already has games where I live and it sucks. Should be $1 ($1.50 at MOST) a night. Nobody keeps a game for only 1 night (unlike a movie) and 4 days already = $8! It's more expensive than Blockbuster!!

If you kept it for a month it would be the price of the game.

Why are games always more expensive to rent? f**k all you gougers! $2 a night is nothing short of robbery, sad cause I love redbox.

They're more expensive to buy and replace.

2 dollars a night!, you'd be better off with Gamefly.

Not if you want anything new.
