The way I read this is affected by the NBA player lockout. There are no photos or articles of current NBA players anywhere on nba.com, so everything is about the storied players of old. This article seems like more PR, trotting out long-gone players everybody loves to distract from the fact that the league is currently in big trouble no matter how you look at it.
