gamrfeed.vgchartz.com — Ever see a hilarious game image that, taken out of context, could be pure comedy gold? Thats what this feature is about. Check here every week for a new round of Caption This!, where we look at some potentially goofy videogame images and make fun of them. The whole thing works on a three week rotation, so on any given week you will be shown the winner from two weeks ago, vote on who won last week, and be given a new picture to make funny captions for.
There is no prize for the contest other than pure bragging rights as of right now, but it could change if this feature gets enough attention. Ill keep you guys updated on that. If you know of a funny gaming related picture please email it to me at skelley@vgchartz.com and I just may use it!

Think you have a funny caption or text bubble to add?
Just type what you want right here in the comments section, next week I will open voting for this picture, and a winner will be announced in 2 weeks. But remember, there are four rules for safe captioning:
1) You may enteronly once.
2) Keep it under 50 words if possible
3) Try to keep it PG-13, some language is fine, but no over-the-top entries please.
4) HAVE FUN!

bury button; how i miss thee

There's a bury button, they just misspelled it as Report, and required it work in parallel with the little X on your My or Top news page

I am tired of the front page being full of RSS Feed Auto Submits and Spammers. The front page is boring, and I can't take it any more.
I don't have a political motivation, or ulterior motive, other than removing the spam. I am asking for your help, contact me at enfor2001@gmail.com

You know, at first I was like, "Hey, this new Digg probably isn't so bad. After all, every time anyone changes a site everyone rebels against it immediately."
So I usually give my regular sites a sit-and-wait period to see how I like it and how it looks.
Honestly, the functionality isn't a terrible change (I do miss my bury button), but the content on the site has just gone to hell. What's the point of even coming back here now?

I completely agree. I'm not against the changes - the My News seems interesting. The site needed a refresh. But what good is it if the front page is full of corporate submitted CRAP all the time or 100's of posts from break.com. This post is a perfect example. crappy content from vgchartz.com makes it to the front page like 2-3 times a day with 20 diggs and no comments.
To me, this is not progress.... or at least progress that's worth anything.
