Well, did the bar owner check to see that he wasn't infringing on any copyrights before he named his bar? If not, Yoko's well within her legal right to demand this.
We can judge all we want, but I tell you this - if it was my husband's memory that was being used to promote someone's business and fill their pockets with cash, I'd do the same thing.
