I totally agree, when I was a kid I was obsessed with press Your Luck, the whammies def made that game show a classic.

I loved the Match Game (the 70s version) and Family Feud when Richard Dawson was on it. Confession: I still occasionally watch the old games shows on the GSN. :-)

They should have had Beat the Clock in there. Great show. But let's face it, Hollywood Squares wins hands down for best game show of all time due to Paul Lynde.

They has an ok list. I think the ordering is suspect.
-The Price is Right and Jeopardy! are clearly #1 & #2 in whatever order you decide.
-Wheel of Fortune should be #3 no questions asked on this list
-Let's Make a deal should be a little higher
-Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader - are you kidding me? That shouldn't be on the list at all. Especially when you consider shows that we left off:
Press Your Luck!, Deal or No Deal, Cash Cab; and if you are going to include Survivor, then Amazing Race should be on the list, as IMHO, it is a better "game show."
Oh and finally, the obligatory, Klodcast - you still aren't getting me to watch you crappy shows.

The list is called "The Top 12 List", implying that there IS an order to the list.
Never heard of The Sixth Wall before, and with a comment about there being no order to a "Top #" list makes me suspect that I will not be going back there in the future.

The first time Koldcast posted one of their lists, I was duped into watching one of their shows. It was crappy. Since they I keep seeing these BAD themed lists, and I realize - they are nothing more than a flimsy premise to get people to their site in hopes of tricking them to click on the videos.
That is how I came to my conclusion.
On and you know those symbols in front of the show names? They're called numbers, they imply ordinality.

im not sure who wants to be a millionaire should be there, or be so high. it was extremely popular for like one year, then then a meteor hit or something and it went extinct. American Idol and The Apprentice should have been in there, depending on what your definition of a game show is (competition on tv with hopes of winning something)

To tell the truth, I think there are better choices than some of these. The author was probably just trying to beat the clock on the submission deadline, but "5th grader" seems a mystery guess.
