She has had more opportunities in life than most people and look what she did with them. She is a talented actress but she threw it out the window. 5th time in rehab and 2nd this year right? It's like herpes. No cure!

I hear ya. Keep in mind that Robert Downey Jr. was also a trainwreck, he was pretty f**ked up for a while, but I think as much as people like to see others fall, they also like to see others pull themselves up. I kind of wish Robert would have a talk with her, she needs a "come to Jesus" talk from someone.

The courts are being way too dismissive simply because of her celeb status. If anyone else had done any of what she has done, the courts would have thrown the book at us and we would be doing really hard time
