That's the "report" button. It doesn't take away a digg, it doesn't hinder s**t like this from being front page, it just flags the story and if enough people report it, digg admins will look at it for offensive material. If there is none, they'll let it be. They won't remove a story because enough people don't like it.

We have removed our RSS feed from the Auto Publish on Digg, for even we do not want to hit the front page with so many stories. We understand the Digg community is looking for a variety of stories from many different sites, and some stories do not fit the users' desires. Walyou as a site would only want a chance to hit with our best stories and not with every single post that is published.
That is why we have removed our Auto-publish RSS several hours ago and we are looking to create a special feed that would only provide specific posts we believe provide variety for the Digg community. Walyou is not a huge corporate site and we are sorry if any inconvenience was caused by the post auto-publish and are also hoping a quick fix will surface soon.

I hope you go back the the RSS feed once the 'Top News' fiasco is fixed. I personally don't care what is in the 'Top News' section. Well done sir. I think having a custom RSS feed with your quality content is a great idea. There is no way most publishers want to be having their mediocre content on front page. Especially right now given all the hostility towards Digg V4. They want their best editorials, or their breaking news stories. Anyways....Walyou is a great site and I hope everyone can appreciate what they are doing to try and work around the problems with the new version of Digg and work within the new system.
