I cannot imagine that it will politely scold recent immigrants to assimilate, be grateful for America's bounty, and renounce allegiance to their former countries. You, know, things immigrants OUGHT to be held accountable for doing.

I'm guessing because he is a comic book hero he didn't pay human smugglers to sneak himself in illegally and then take up the life of day laborer or vegetable picker.
