It would have been better if the audience didn't feel the need to be involved by clapping instead of just enjoying it, then I could have understood more of what he was singing.
I find that's been more of a problem lately with shows that have live audiences - I keep being unable to hear what someone said because of loud cheering or whatever at the the wrong places.

This is so Craig. This guy is so talented-he does so much with so little. He is the best late night host by far. Loved this Dr. Who Night-super! By little, I mean, no band, no live sidekick, no fancy stage and yet-he ends up making the best show on late night. The other guys (and girls) couldn't do what he does! What a creative genius. AND congratulations on his nomination for a GRAMMY in the Spoken Word category for his autobiography, AMERICAN ON PURPOSE. You are THE BEST!
