One time I had a pretty hot dream about getting nailed by Captain America and then I got pregs with his kid but instead of a child it was DYNAMITE. And then I got blown up.
beforen0wSep 9, 2010
Looks promising. I pray it doesn't suck
silentspyderSep 9, 2010
While kinda cool looking, I'm not sure about those deco-ish bikes. I was hoping they'd try to keep it a bit more realistic.
persiyanSep 10, 2010
It doesn't look promising to me, the bikes are pretty whack, the color of his costume is too light, and honestly dorkish looking. But I can't really say anything before at least I see a trailer.
justananomalySep 9, 2010
It looks promising but I'll wait until the official trailer is out before I make the call on this one. Lately it's been a 50/50 on comic hero movies, although I have enjoyed the last few that have been released. They're doing better, but they're not all quite there yet, kind of like Digg V4.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

you're so clever... /s
leptonsmusicSep 9, 2010
Too bad they're going to end up CGI'ing the s**t out of everything anyway.
joeynineSep 9, 2010
Is that Patton Oswald in that outfit?
jlake02Sep 9, 2010
Captain America filming in England. Days of global biz I suppose lol
brandonb90Sep 10, 2010
It's a WW2 period film, you f**king tool.
feragoSep 9, 2010
No one else thinks that it looks insanely fake and plasticy?
rhoonahSep 9, 2010
that is exactly what I was thinking... totally fake and cheesy. Actually, I thought the same thing of the initial shots of Thor too.
mrzaikoSep 9, 2010
I thought this was a joke...
pafectSep 10, 2010
Thought the same thing... Shows how much goes into post-production. That's where the real talent is in hollywood. They'll make that plastic crap look insane.
bigwillystyleSep 10, 2010
yeah you kinda expect alot more after movies like spiderman and iron man. even though theyre set in present time they just look more realistic (or as realistic as a comicbook movie can look) and more polished
drummerdudextSep 9, 2010
Here is another leaked image of Captain America

Motorcycle helmet with the wings painted on... urgh. It's Reb Brown all over again.

roguecopSep 9, 2010
Confused. How is Captain America supposed to fly with his wings painted on his helmet like that? 8-/
evildeadashSep 9, 2010
Why is he wearing a halloween mask? Maybe he's just that damn ugly.
grey580Sep 9, 2010
It's not bad. I was hoping for a costume that wasn't so modern. but we'll so how they play it out.
viciousgeeksSep 9, 2010
Just amazing!!! D:
mrzaikoSep 9, 2010
I was expecting something badass looking...
ostegoSep 9, 2010
do we still need to say leaked "online" isn't because it's on a webpage imply that it's "online"
Can't we just say pictures leaked?
whiskeythievesSep 10, 2010
And I thought "Thor" looked goofy.
alexkim804Sep 10, 2010
what happened to the shield they showed in Iron Man 2?
PaulTheBookGuySep 10, 2010
He probably gets that one from Tony Stark in modern day. I believe these pics are from scenes in the 1940s during World War two. The shield is probably adamantium but not the flying magic boomerang model that Iron Man made for him.
Damn, I'm such a nerd.
harrisbradleySep 10, 2010
My favorite part is the Styrofoam shoulder pad... <facepalm>
drthunderSep 10, 2010
Space Nazis? OK I'm worried.
novaprime9Sep 10, 2010
Did anyone else read the f**king text of this article? "...the costume comprised the colours of the American flag, complete with a huge star on the chest, helmet and cape."
Uh, cape? And since when did cap have a star on his head? There's an A on his head, but no star...
SeiLuciusSep 10, 2010
The problem with comic books today is that they're pretty much just officially sanctioned fanfiction. It isn't possible to have a coherent story when everything is written by the god damned fans, because fans ruin everything.
PaulTheBookGuySep 10, 2010
I'm assuming the Captain America movie will take place in World War 2 and end with his demise, only to (spoiler alert!) be brought back to life at the beginning of the AVENGERS movie or near the end of the Captain America movie.
Aww who am I kidding, this is hollywood... he will be brought back to life at the end of the movie (in modern day)... they would never end the movie with something as awesome as Captain America's funeral.

Didn't really need to put online in the title, but thanks captain obvious.
jadoon88Sep 12, 2010
I never preferred to follow the original Captain America comics but this looks something promising.
