I thought the movie portrayed Zuckerberg very favorably. The real Mark Zuckerberg has nowhere near the wit the character in the movie does.

It also portrayed the Winklevoss Twins as being whiny bitches (which they do appear to be in real life interviews as well), Eduardo as being a bad CFO (and trying to steer the company in a direction that, in retrospect, would have been wrong) and Sean Parker as being a manipulative dick.
Zuckerberg is really the only person portrayed in this movie that shouldn't be pissed off.
