I used to work for time warner cable phone support. There is no way this will work well, and if by some miracle it does, the cable boxes will make sure the experience is worse than cancer.

Time Warner Cable sucks. FIOS is the way to go -- and they have had an interactive web app forever.

There are only a few areas that you can actually get FIOS. Same with Time Warner. Most people have to choose between Comcast or a satellite provider.
