I have been saying for a while that digg needs to let users ban domains from ever appearing on their Front page. It would solve most of these problems. The new digg will sorta solve this as long as you don't click on the top dugg category.

The issue I have with only doing it in the comment section is then the main links at the top and on the front page stay with the blogspam site who gets the increase in pageviews and google pagerank.

My point was in Hollywood everyone knows who the cool kids are. They are easily defined. They are a small inclusive group that everyone wants to be in. I never saw that. Yeah there were the jocks and the nerds and the rocker kids...ect, but it was never easily defined. I don't remember that one group of cool kids that everyone wanted to be part of. If anything I should have known who the cool kids were. They would walk in slow motion and look down upon us uncool kids.

From what I've seen from movies and such is that being brought to school by your parents or anyone is regarded at best 'uncool' and at worst 'lame', so the kids ask to be dropped off a few blocks from the school. The mom was retaining her cool and at the same time helping her son. :)

Actually, I've found that money has very little to do with it. Some of my favorite people to hang around have little to no money while others of them are quite well off.

I went my whole high school career hanging out with nobody, because almost EVERYBODY was in a group of fake-ass losers. Now I'm in college and have found a solid group of friends, consisting of about half from my high school and about half from the high school down the road, that we all met at WORK and not fake-ass parties, and I don't regret a thing.
