Earl Boen's character is a shrink working for LAPD and NOT a cop, and is seen walking OUT of the station, his beeper going off as the Terminator walks in.

I would have put Orson Welles on this list.
sure it was for the Transformers animated movie and not the show but still, it's a bit more high profile and surprising than any of the actors they listed.

A.k.a. 9 obscure actors you've never heard of, almost surely don't remember, and definitely don't care about voicing characters in cartoons only uber-geeks ever watch and actually take the time to learn what insignificant actor voiced which character.
