This movie wasn't bad at all, I don't know what all they hate is about.
therightcliqueJan 18, 2011
There isn't any hate. This article manufactured its own hate for no apparent reason. I'm 97% convinced the author hasn't seen the movie, or the fact that it took in the highest box offices numbers this weekend. It was a much, much better movie than it had any right to be. I was fairly surprised by it.
eatingtheroadJan 18, 2011
I'm still going to see it this weekend
gaffekinsleyJan 18, 2011
I havent seen it. I still will.

Thank you for thanking me?

I thought the movie was actually pretty good. I think standards got put to high after Pineapple Express.
blacklilyninjaJan 18, 2011
yes because that was such a fantastic movie?
bleachxfan911Jan 18, 2011
Pun intended?

Buried. Misleading title.
5th reason on site:
"Okay, So It Is His Fault That He Co-Wrote an 'Unendurable' Screenplay"
Which means there are only 4 reasons.
Meh

Saw it. I enjoyed it, kinda. The more I think about it the less I like it. It just seems like Rogan wrote it so he could star in it. I thought the Green Hornet was a genius, master detective and Kato was the mechanic/kung fu badass. If the Green Hornet is just a bumbling idiot, and Kato is the only competent crime fighter, what's the use of the Green Hornet? They may as well have just made a Kato movie.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

How can anyone defend seth rogan? Executive producer, lead actor, writer.... uh....he's all over the credits of this film.
cheatconfessionJan 18, 2011
I'll On Demand it
focusdefectJan 18, 2011
I thought it was Blake Lively's fault....
inside610Jan 18, 2011
I like Seth Rogan, but this is a s**t movie.
kspencerjJan 18, 2011
I enjoyed it. i wouldn't say it was a great movie, but i was entertained for 2 hours.
dedtargetJan 18, 2011
Anyone who has watched the original TV SHOW knows that it's all about Kato, Bruce Lee's original (I believe) american transition role. Barring that I know the set decorator for the movie, and even he was kinda iffy on the story, I'm not holding any hopes for this movie.

5 reasons the "Green Hornet" IS Seth Rogen's Fault.
1. Seth Rogen
2. Seth Rogen
3. Seth Rogen
4. Seth Rogen
5. Seth Rogen
The guy is a bit fat idiot. It's like pulling teeth to watch him. He is way too overcast and far over-rated as an actor. He's just a blob of stupidity.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Seth Rogen can't act!! I would much rather watch the original TV series that this piece of crap!
revsharptonJan 18, 2011
Looks too pat and PC to pay money to see.
abdulnJan 19, 2011
This apologist piece for Rogan is such dribble. He was the major driving force behind this movie. He was an integral part of it's development from day one. If it was a great movie, he would have been given all the credit for it.
I have not seen the movie, despite it's review I may actually like it even if I don't care for Rogan as an actor. But regardless of my review of the movie, I have no misconceptions that Rogan has a lot to do with the nature of this movie and how well or poorly it does.

Just, wrong. Please see the following for my reasoning:

Green Hornet didn't suck, this article seems like it was written by some self aggrandizing prick who is entirely incapable of enjoying anything other than his own cynicism. Lame.
