If would-be celebrities don't understand by now that fame sometimes brings *unwanted* fame, then they are stupid. Many of them want the glamor, the riches, and the fan adoration, but don't want the attention when it doesn't suit them. They want all the good things about celebrity, but none of the bad.
If you don't want any of that crap, then DON'T BECOME A CELEBRITY. Period. Take another freaking career path. If you can't do anything else well, and you want money, then I guess you have to put up with the warts of celebrity culture as well.

Theres nothing wrong with celebrities trying to limit the negative aspects of fame. Infact its human nature. Last time you received some dental work I'm sure you got local anesthesia to limit the pain. Is that stupid aswell?
Should we all just decline to get surgery because without the anesthesia it would hurt?

The Gordon Ramsey one was from Hell's Kitchen. he wasn't trying to hide, it was for the show. he took off the disguise during the show in front of everyone. makes me wonder how many of the others are taken out of context rather than 'they're trying to hide'
