It looks maneuverable enough to drive around hordes of zombies; however, it won't be able to drive over a pile of zombie limbs without getting stuck. Also, it cannot run into a zombie since the zombie will obviously fall into the passenger cage and eat the driver.
Hurry! It needs to be modified before the Apocalypse takes place next year.

make it a little rounder and put a turret on it and it'll look just like the borderlands vehicle.
