I've always been a believer that a woman should be her full feminine self at the office.But with that said I also think there's a definite moderation point with cleavage. A business woman must keep in mind that too much exposed boobage can swing back around and kick her in the butt. Basically, at a certain point exposed cleavage stops making a woman more appealing and persuasive - and starts detracting and distracting from her professionalism.

I have to admit, I love boobs, but at work, not only would I appreciate less cleavage exposure, but c'mon ladies, don't wear those short skirts, that's just not fair.

It is essential to demonstrate an appropriate approach to dignity in the workplace. All employers should have and follow a dignity at work policy and address any breaches. Not only does it make for a pleasanter work place, a failure to do so breaches the law and could be extremely costly.
