8? There are only three!
1)Some things the consumer is reluctant to buy sight-unseen, like produce, and meat. Brick and mortar will continue to have a lot of room to grow there.
2)Impulse buying alone will mean that a well-located, well merchandised convenience store will do well.
3)Everything else will continue it's inexorable march to the web.
