Pork doesn't get eaten as much, because of the religious barriers, as well as health barriers. Even horrifying discoveries on youtube has led people to avoiding it.

yes, all these health affects, and other things promoted by people/youtube videos will cause a decline in the number of pork eaters. It's already going down so I don't see how the producers think it will rise by 10% when we are seeing a health and weight concerned society who are trying to avoid these types of food.
