Not true, as the article explains, but there are some that are good. 70 percent of individual investors do worse than the DOW industrial. It's good to be a risk taker as long as those risks are weighed carefully.

Id say that about half of the people that I know don't know how to manage their money wisely. Right now is the best time to invest, and anyone who is willing to see a portion of their money sit untouched for a few decades would be prudent to put some money away, it will certainly pay off in the long run.
