Here we go again. First, Goldman Sachs blatant disregard for U.S. securtities laws with it's investment in Facebook, now this.
It's time for the SEC to grow a pair and do it's job. JP Morgan and the other institutions on Wall Street should have no greater access to investment opportunities than average investors. Doing so undermines the market's credibility.
