You suck. You make Digg suck. Leave Digg if you hate it so much.

If you're gonna spam a comment, make it a good one. Or at least try not to be hypocritical.

Actually a majority of the people who invested where uneducated investors that never really studied the stock market.
Such as reading this article.

So sad seeing you leftover fanboys all alone here trying to form some kinda of non-existent community. You'll all come to your senses sooner or later and see how crappy Digg has become and how much better every other news site of this kind on the internet is compared to Digg.

+ 10000000 (wait is this contradictory?)
caughtthinkingSep 9, 2010
Actually this particular down turn has proved that you can throw modern portfolio theory right out the window. No one expected bonds and stocks to collapse together, nor maintain the off and on again divergence that you see between them these days.
Basically if you're in this market in any form, and you're not Goldman Sachs, you're the "dumb money".Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

alright... I've been on digg a long time. I've watched it go from a geek haven with techie articles to a polisci bastion. This this has sent me to Reddit for good.

The only way to win is to not play.

The only winning move is not to play.

2.5 hours since the last new article made the frontpage. Anybody should be able to see that this is a problem.
It's like video games. If you make a game that plays well, people will buy it, even if the graphics aren't that great. But often game developers will make just the opposite mistake - great graphics, terrible play. And, inevitably, the game bombs. That's how I feel about new Digg - the gameplay sucks now. There might be some pluses around the borders, but if the gameplay sucks it really doesn't matter how pretty the pictures are.

I've noticed as well. I really hope upcoming they are adding will help fix this. I have a feeling that is why we aren't seeing as much getting to the front page as many digg users aren't using my news... I know I'm not. I miss upcoming! I liked sifting and searching through to find stories to try to help to get to the front page, it was a big part of Digg.
melexeSep 9, 2010
people still use digg?
RaoPhoenixSep 9, 2010
Yep, mostly people whining like babies in the comment sections! I agree that the site is f**ked right now, but wow, you guys got boring about 5 days ago.
Things might get better and am sticking around to see what happens. If they don't, will seeyou over at reddit. Patience is a virtue and all.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Whining about whining is whining nonetheless.
