She's less obnoxious than Keith
blinker1315Oct 11, 2010
Not too difficult a feat.
kyzzyxxOct 12, 2010
No she's not! They may be about the same, in their own ways. Rachel, for the love of (your) God, please, PLEASE stop repeating the same god damn thing over and over and over and, did I say 'over'? It's not that you don't say it, it's that you incessantly repeat it. Repeating anything that many times gets f**kin annoying. Repeating things 30 times will lose you viewers, eventually. Repeating things so many times that I hit the 30sec forward to get passed it, literally, 10 times (5 minutes)! Repeating things that many times will not win you any prizes. Repeating things in almost exactly the same way teaches no one anything. Repeating things without, at least, doing it from more perspectives will teach no one anything. Repeating things in the same way. Repeating the same point, ad nauseum. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
xpsiterOct 12, 2010
Did you just repeat the word 'repeat' repeatedly?
kyzzyxxOct 12, 2010
Ohh, nothin gets passed you, does it?
mikepictorOct 12, 2010
You know that we're talking about Rachel Maddow here, yes? Considering I've never once seen her exhibit that behaviour.
kyzzyxxOct 12, 2010
You will now.
kyzzyxxOct 12, 2010
Talk about denial/defensiveness. I made my comment in exactly the same way she repeats herself and none of you got it. Pathetic. Brainwashed. Tools.
Don't get me wrong, I like her points, even tho I don't always agree with them, but if you don't notice the way she repeats things incessantly to try to get her point across, then I feel sorry for you cause you just are not aware of your surroundings.
novenatorOct 11, 2010
Maddow rocks. She has a very talented investigation team, is an expert at finding the interesting cracks in the establishment, and isn't afraid to say what is going on. Her career is going to continue to skyrocket.
blinker1315Oct 11, 2010
I like her too, even though we don't agree on issues. A very reasonable lady.
rodiogalOct 12, 2010
Great comment. If not for, Rachel and her team, we wouldn't know about the Chamber and the foreign money that is pouring in this country to take over our elections! America is not for sale. (Have I already said that?) :DComment is buried, click here to see the rest.

i love her! she's smart and genuine, open minded and honest, things that republicans have NONE of.... i bet it drives them crazy and they hate on her and want to make fun her. losers. lolComment is buried, click here to see the rest.

tman84Oct 12, 2010
she's still like 7th in all shows from 5 -11pm, but good for her
tcsavantOct 12, 2010
MSNBC continues to have a liberal bias. I, and the majority of the country will continue skip over her show for more truthful news.
dmm219Oct 12, 2010
you know, i agree. but you better also be passing over FOX news. otherwise, you have no right to speak.
diggressiveOct 12, 2010
Laughing at conservatives who still truly believe Fox News' "fair and balanced" mantra is supposed to be taken literally never gets old.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
relengaOct 12, 2010
If you acknowledge that most of the shows on Fox are Commentary and some are news, then look at the news shows they are pretty fair and balanced.
You would also have to agree that all of the shows on MSNBC are Commentary and not news.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Interesting. Maddow has a record of always checking her facts first before stating them on her show. Faux noise, on the other hand, had to sue for the ability to lie on national television. This makes one wonder if the truth does not have a liberal bias.

tcsavantOct 12, 2010
This is about MSNBC and their bias. You'll notice I never mentioned FOX once in my statement.
cmotdibblerOct 12, 2010
Reality has a liberal bias.

I'm a digger and I have political opinions on things.

Her show is simply more interesting and enjoyable in my opinion.
phydeaux70Oct 12, 2010
The reason is this. Keith is a mouth breathing fool. And liberals get tired of having their asses handed to them in debates using information garnered from his show because he doesn't provide good factual information, he just appeals to emotion.
Rachel, while I disagree with most of her views at least tries to back them up. Good for her.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

It's a race to the bottom.
cme884Oct 12, 2010
The article mentions that Olbermann had a low-rated summer, but I have to figure that's because he was absent for a good portion of it. His father had died in March (I had to check that... I thought it was later) and I remember during and after his father's passing he took a lot of time off.
I agree with the article, though, about how each show compliments each other. Olbermann gets me fired up and Maddow explains why I should be.
dieindiggOct 12, 2010
she also has a penis
relengaOct 12, 2010
Who cares, MSNBC's ratings are less than a third of Fox News and dropping. http://www.tvweek.com/news/2009/03/cnn_ratings_down_fox_msnbc_gro.php
Maddow and Olberman are not news, they are Yellow Journalists.
Sorry progressives, no one is watching your shrill, ignorant 'news' programs. Hell they can't even raise the ratings with dumb crime shows that are aimed at the lowest common denominator in society.
drmangrumOct 12, 2010
You can when the gold at the special olympics, but you're still a retard.
drmangrumOct 12, 2010
Holy s**t, I need to stop typing crap out when I'm distracted at work:
when=win --- at least the sound the same.
carrd75961Oct 12, 2010
Both are so far left leaning, that I am sure they are part of the DNC pay roll.
reaper527Oct 12, 2010
being the highest rated show on msnbc is like being the smartest kid on the short bus. not a very big accomplishment.
jess21496Oct 12, 2010
I like Keith but he is a bit of a drama queen. Maddow reports on interesting topics and uses these pesky little things called facts to back them up. That's why Republicans are terrified of her and refuse to talk to her. Every one that has come on her show has walked away embarassed. Just ask Rand Paul. She has repeatedly called on Liz Cheney, Palin, Angle and all other right wing idiots to come on her show, but they refuse. And when she appears on Meet The Press, the righties refuse to even acknowledge her presence at the table.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
